FAQ
LED sports ticker FAQ
What does an LED sports ticker show?
Live scores, schedules and game times for pro and college football, baseball and soccer, with color team badges and live game detail. Games inside 24 hours count down to kickoff, and the strip also shows your venue logo and house messages such as happy hour.
What happens when our favorite team scores?
The strip celebrates. Your favorite team takes over the whole ticker with TOUCHDOWN, HOME RUN or GOAL, the scorer's name and number and the score line, in a look set up for your favorite team.
How long can the ticker be? Can it go around corners?
The strip is built to the length of your wall, from a short run over a back bar to a long strip around the room, and it can wrap around corners with square corner trim. We design each install for your room.
How do we change teams, messages and brightness?
From a phone remote that opens in your browser on the venue Wi-Fi. There is no app to install. Pick leagues and teams, set your favorite team, type specials, set brightness or blank the wall, and changes show in about 10 seconds.
Do you install sports tickers outside Cincinnati?
Yes. We install and support tickers for bars and restaurants across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana, and throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We also install nationwide and manage each ticker remotely after it is up.
What does ongoing support include?
The subscription covers the licensed sports data feed, software updates, remote fixes and next-day on-site service. If you stop the subscription, the strip still shows your logo and house messages.
